Mcbroad provides internet connectivity services including residential fiber, business internet, enterprise solutions, and data center services. Service availability and speeds may vary by location.
3. Service Agreement
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days' written notice. Early termination fees do not apply to month-to-month services.
4. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. Payments are due on the date specified on your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees.
5. Equipment
Equipment provided by Mcbroad remains our property. You agree to return all equipment in good condition upon termination of service. Unreturned or damaged equipment may result in additional charges.
6. Service Level Agreement
Business and enterprise customers may be eligible for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with uptime guarantees and service credits. Specific SLA terms are outlined in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mcbroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or via email.
